The matter above mentioned has been filed on 6 th October, 2016 against the impugned judgment and final order dated 10th June, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in C. R. P. No. 997 of 2016 which is barred by time by 25 days and the same was defective. After curing the defects the Counsel has re-filed the Petition which is also barred by time by 60 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing and re-filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Mr. Suhaas Ratna Joshi, Counsel for the Petitioner, has on 2nd March, 2017 filed Additional documents with an application for permission to file Additional documents and application for exemption from filing official translation of Annexure P-13 to P-16 and copy of the same are circulated herewith.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
