In our considered opinion, the petitioners should wait for the decision to be rendered by the Caste Scrutiny Committee and eventually if they succeed in getting the requisite Caste Certificate and have the merit, their cases may be considered for the next Academic Session.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
