The abovementioned matters were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 21.07.2014, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"SLP(C) No.15163/2009

Await the return of the service of notice for making alternative arrangement already issued to the petitioner No.1. The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, in case they intend to do so.

SLP(C) No.28977/2009

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.32, 36, 62, 77, 117, 119, 125 and 131. He shall do the needful within a period of three weeks, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date. The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, in case they intend to do so.

SLP(C) No.24234/2010

Await the return of the service of notice for making alternative arrangement already issued to the respondent No.5. The office report states that Mr.Robin Majumdar, Ld.advocate has on 31.3.2014 filed the applications for impleadment/intervention. These applications are found to be defective. Ld.counsel shall rectify the defects whatever have been found in these applications within a period of two weeks.

List again on 23.09.2014."

SLP(C) No.15163/2009:

It is submitted that neither AD Card nor the unserved registered cover containing notice for making alternative arrangement has been received back from Petitioner No.1 so far though the notice was issued on 21.05.2014. Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 have been duly served by notice for making alternative arrangement but they have not entered their appearance so far.

SLP(C) No.28977/2009:

It is submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve unserved respondent Nos. 32,36,62,77,117,119,125 and 131 so far. Remaining respondents have been already served.

SLP(C) No.24234/2010:

It is submitted that neither AD Card nor unserved envelope containing the alternative arrangement notice for respondent No.5 has been received back, so far and a period of 30 days from the date of issue of notice has been elapsed.

It is further submitted that Mr. Robin Majumdar, Advocate, has on 31.03.2014 filed 13 applications for impleadment/intervention which are found defective. Despite repeated request dated 15.07.2014, Counsel has not cured the defects, so far.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
