UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Office to process the intervention application in accordance with Rule.
In SLP(C)No.168511/2010 counsel appearing for the State submits that he has not received copy of the pleadings. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the pleadings within two weeks as a last chance to the counsel for respondent and file proof. State shall file counter affidavit, if any, within four weeks thereafter.
