In SLP(C) No.28977/09 it is submitted that fresh vakalatnama is being filed by Mr.Anip Sachthey. Granted four weeks time for filing vakalatnama and also for taking fresh steps. Granted time as a last chance. Contd....2

In SLP(C) No.9877/10 await return of notice of the unserved respondents. In SLP(C) No.16851 and 24234/10 it is submitted that Mr.Anip Sachthey will be filing fresh vakalatnama. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time for filing vakalatnama and for taking fresh steps against the unserved respondents. It is seen that regarding the Intervention Application Mr. Kunal Chatterjee has filed a letter dated 2.01.2012 clarifying the position regarding the not filing of vakalatnama in relation to the petitioners for whom he is holding vakalatnama. In the light of above letter, office may process the application accordingly for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Await return of notice of the

unserved respondents. It is further submitted that counsel for respondent Nos.4-6 has expired. Office to issue notice regarding alternative arrangements. List the matter on 20.03.2012.
