It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 3 was issued on 19th February, 2016 by Regd. A.D. Post. Service of notice is awaited.

It is further submitted that dasti notice was also handed over to counsel for the petitioner on 10th February, 2016 in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd March, 2016 filed affidavit of dasti service alongwith proof of service which shows that notice has been served to unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 3 on 24th February, 2016 and 25th February, 2016. Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that fresh dasti notice was also handed over to counsel for the petitioner on 10th February, 2016 but the counsel has not filed affidavit of dasti service alongwith proof of service so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to the sole respondent in these matters so far.
