Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 5.8.2015 of this Court.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

It is submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 and 3 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the particulars of the District Court for issue of dasti notice through District Court to unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 3 as per Ld. Registrar Court's order dated 5th August, 2015 so far.

SLP © Nos. 33190, 33192 AND 33194 OF 2014

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent in all the matters so far.

SLP(C) No. 33193 and 704 of 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said sole repsondent in these matters so far. Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 35119 of 2014

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 15th December, 2015 by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

It is further submitted that dasti notice was also handed over to the cousnel for the petitioner on 14th December, 2015 for service of notice on the unserved sole respondent but he has not filed affidavit of dasti service alongwith proof of service so far.

SLP(C) No. 708 and 1481 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of show casue notice to the sole respondent in these matters so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 1480, 1240, 1243, 3295, 3845, 5599, 11568 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to the sole respondent in these matters so far.

The office report is listed before Ld. Registrar's Court for order.
