It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Yash Pal Dhingra, Advocate on 5.1.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 6.2.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA No. 340/2010 barred by time by 218 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 26.9.1988. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 12.1.2015 stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his risk.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
