In SLP(C) No.5293/11 respondent has filed vakalatnama. Granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. However, office report reveals that vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of M/s Vardhman Textile Ltd. in place of M/s Arrihant Spinning Mills which is the respondent company. Respondent is directed to clarify and if required the petitioner may file an application to amend the cause title.
