The Office Report with regard to non filing of copy of SLP of Show Cause Notice was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 10th February, 2017 when the following Order was passed:

"Ld. counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the spare copy for issuance of notice to the unserved respondent, in spite of order dated 18.11.2016 of the Hon'ble Court. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 13th February 2017 filed copy of SLP for issue of Show Cause notice to the sole respondent and there is delay of 59 days in filing copy of SLP. The Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for Condonation of delay in filing copy of SLP so far.

The default on the part of the Counsel for the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
