The office Report with regard to not taking fresh steps for service of show cause ntice to the unserved respondents in the matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 18th November 2016, when the following order was passed :
"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the spare copies of the petition for issuance of notice to the unserved respondents despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for furhter directions. Await orders and list thereafter."
It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 14th, 15th & 19th December, 2016 filed copies of Special Leave Petition in all the abovementioned matters. There is delay of 30, 31 and 35 days in filing copies of Special Leave Petition and Counsel has not filed an application for condonation of delay in filing copy of Special Leave Petition in the abovementioned matters.
The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in chamber with this Office Report.
