It is submitted that Mr. K. Shivraj Choudhuri, common Advocate for Respondent No.1 in both the SLP has on 01.12.2015 filed Counter Affidavit alongwith an application for condonation of delay in filing the same which have been registered as Crl.M.P.Nos. 20687-20688 of 2015. (Copy of the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court)

It is further submitted that Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate for Respondent No.2 in SLP(Crl.)No. 9255 of 2015 who is common Respondent No.3 in SLP(Crl.)No. 9256 of 2015 has not filed Counter Affidavit.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.
