UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned AAG for the respondent-State and perused the petition Digitally signed by Nisha Khulbey Date: 2023.11.03 16:36:16 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

papers.

Though, contentions have been urged with regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitioner herein, at this stage, it is unnecessary to advert to the same since the learned AAG would point out that all witnesses on behalf of the prosecution have been examined and the trial is almost at the stage of completion.

It is in that view, we see no reason to entertain the instant petition at this stage.

Needless to mention that the trial shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and if, for any reason, the trial is not completed/proceeded in an expeditious manner, the petitioner herein, would have the liberty to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of along with the pending application(s), if any.

(NISHA KHULBEY) (NIDHI WASON) SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT COURT MASTER (NSH)
