Mr. Prem Malhotra, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 7 and Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and also filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 7, but no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar on 28.07.2016, when the following order was passed:.

" The respondent Nos.1 and 47 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.2 & 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, the

matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" List the matter on 18.10.2016."
