" The respondent Nos.1 & 47 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects in the application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent Nos.2 & 3. List the matter again on 28.01.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Prem Malhotra, Advocate for respondent nos. 1, 4 to 7 has on 08.04.2015 filed counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 19.01.2016 cured the defects in the application for substitution of LRs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The same has been registered and will be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Service is not complete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
