UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties we are of the view that appropriate order to be passed, at this stage, would be to require the respondent No.1 to file a detailed representation to the Managing Director of the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. ("Corporation" for short) seeking assignment suitable responsibilities commensurate with his experience and standing. Once such a representation is made, the Managing Director of the Corporation will proceed to issue appropriate orders which will be placed before the Court on the next date fixed.

List the matter on 23rd November, 2016.
