UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 During the course of the hearing, Mr Balaji Srinivasan, counsel appearing on behalf of the developer states that the developer will make all earnest efforts to find a buyer who would be ready and willing to purchase the flat which was the subject matter of the agreement with the applicant home buyer.
• 2 It is stated that in the event the price is acceptable to the home buyer, they may directly negotiate with the intended purchaser and the developer would be ready and willing to execute the sale deed in favour of the nominated purchaser. This shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

3 List the Miscellaneous Application on 24 April 2023.
