There are 10 Respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are represented through Mr. Ardhendumauli Kumar Prasad, Advocate and Counter Affidavit has also been filed.(Counter Affidavit stands included in paperbooks). Mr. M.P. Shorawala and Mr. T. Mahipal Advocates have filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 & 89 respectively but no Counter Affidavit has been filed. Respondent No. 1 is served through Dasti but no Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance filed so far.

It is further submitted that Lrs of (Decesed) Respondent No. 7 have been brought on record vide Hon'ble Court's Order dated 25.11.2010 passed in Interlocutory Application Nos. 4 & 5. Accordingly, Cause title has been amended.

It is further submitted that Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 7(i), 7(ii) & 10 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before Hon'ble Court alongwith Civil Appeal No. 9836/2014 arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 31589/2008 with this Office Report.
