It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 17.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 29.06.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 773 of 2014 (O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 20 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 145 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 165 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 34492 of 2015 Entitled Punjab State Power Corp. Ltd. Versus M/s Punjab Transformers and Electronics Ltd. & Anr. arising out of common order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2015. (Copy of order dated 16.12.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No. 6760 of 2016 @ CC No. 643/2016 Entitled Punjab Power Corporation Limited Versus M/S Saraf Electricals Private Ltd & Anr arising out of similar issue was granted by the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016. The same is registered as Civil Appeal No. 2557 of 2016 and is pending (Copy of order dated 08.02.2016 is enclosed herewith(Main matter Civil Appeal No. 2554/2016).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 06.07.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents. Copies of the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vikas Singh, Advocate has filed caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 16.04.2016 (at page no. 73 of the Paper Books) stating therein that the award dated 16.11.2010, 27.10.2010 and letter dated 12.04.2008 are not related to the present matter. Counsel has requested to list the matter at her own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
