Leave granted.

The appellant will deposit the entire amount due as on today with the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala, within a period of three months from today and on such deposit the respondents-claimants would be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount on furnishing the Bank Guarantee or immovable property security to the satisfaction of the appellant. The amount, if any, already deposited by the appellant shall be given credit to.
