It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 16.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.05.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 520 of 2014 (O & M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 50 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 101 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 151 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. Entitled Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Versus M/S. Nucon Power Control Pvt. Ltd. And Anr. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 18.04.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents with affidavit

and the same are included in the SLP paper books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
