It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 17.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.05.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 548 of 2014 (O&M) along with the applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 53 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 96 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 149 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 4041 of 2016 Entitled Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Versus M/S. Nucon Power Control Pvt. Ltd. And Anr. as both are arising out of common order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 16.04.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents. Copy of the same is included in the Paper Books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
