It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 17.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.05.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 544 of 2014 (O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 51 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 56 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 107 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 35707/2015 @ Cc No. 21619/2015 entitled Punjab State Electricity Board Now Punjab Sate Power Corp. Ltd. Versus A.R. Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. arising out of common order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2015. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order 16.12.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 643 of 2016 Entitled Punjab Power Corporation Limited Versus M/S Saraf Electricals Private Ltd & Anr arising out of common order is a fresh pending matter.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copy of orders dated 17.11.2013 and 23.12.2008. In this regard, Counsel has given a letter dated 09.01.2016 (at page no. 75 of the Paper Books) stating therein that the same are not related to the present matter and has requested to register and list the matter at her own risk.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 18.01.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents as Annexure A1 to A3 with affidavit. Copies of the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vikas Singh, Advocate has on 15.01.2016 filed caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
