The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04th December, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Adv. today appears and accept notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. He prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit in this petition as also in connected SLP(C) Nos. 3055730558 of 2015. Post along with SLP(C) Nos. 3055730558 of 2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are eleven respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 15.01.2016 by registered A. D. post. Respondent Nos. 1 and 7 are represented by M/s. Neeraj Kumar and Yash Pal Dhingra, Advocates respectively but they have not filed counteraffidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2, 4 to 6 and 8 to 11 so far though served with the notice.

It is further submitted that for completion of service on respondent No. 3, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on various dates and lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 16.12.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent No.3 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for completion of service upon unserved respondent No. 3 so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 3.

The office report for directions in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
