It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 80 days in filing and 17 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition against the impugned judgment and Order dated 1st May, 2014 passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in First Appeal No. 239 of 2012, First Appeal No. 2154 of 2010 and Cross Objection No. 127 of 2013 in First Appeal No. 239 of 2012.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2106721069 of 2014 arising out of common order is an "After Notice" matter and pending before the Hon'ble Court.(Copy of record of proceeding dated 19th August, 2014 is enclosed herewith.) Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 3198331992 of 2010 referred to as Annexure P 14 at page Nos. 192197 was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 26.11.2010.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
