It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 58 days in filing and 59 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 01.05.2014 passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in First Appeal No. 235 of 2012, First Appeal No. 2158 of 2010 and Cross Objection No. 42 of 2013 in First Appeal No. 235 of 2012 respectivley.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2106721069 of 2014 arising out of common order is an "After Notice" matter and pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 19.08.2014 is enclosed herewith )

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 31.10.2014 stating therein that all relevant provisions of Acts and rules from Land Acquisition Act have been filed as appendix. (Copy of the letter is included at page no. 241 in paper books.)
