Despite service of notice on respondent No. 2, there is no appearance.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent No. 1 to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules with pending I.As.

SLP (C) No. 20335 of 2022

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 to 7, 8 to 15, 17 to 22 and 24 to 38, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 4, 16, 23.

However at this stage, Ms. Sreepriya. K, Ld. Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 5, 7 to 10, 12, 13, 15 to 18, 20 to 31, 33 to 35, 37 and 38 submits that yesterday vakalatnama on behalf of said respondents has been filed. Registry to verify the same. If so, four weeks time is granted to file the counter affidavit.

List again on 17.7.2023.
