It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Manju Jetley, Advocate on 05.10.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 11.08.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RA CR No. 197 CI of 2016 in CR No. 990 of 2016 and order dated 10.02.2016 in CR No. 990 of 2016 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 11.08.2016 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 148 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 10.02.2016. counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 10697 Entitled Satya Parkash And Anr. Versus Ved Dewan And Anr. between same parties challenging the main order was dismissed on 22.04.2016 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 22.04.2016 is enclosed herewith)(Main matter is SLP (C) No. 10202 of 2016). Instant matter is filed against Review as well as main matter.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
