UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit.

What gets revealed from the perusal of the Office Report is that although by Order dated 28.8.2014 of this Court the learned counsel for the petitioners was given two weeks time as last chance for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2 yet he has not done the needful so far. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
