Today, after ascertaining the
factual position, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Haryana submits that the said award is pending for consideration in R.F.A. No. 1312 of 2004 before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
In this view of the matter, these appeals cannot be disposed of finally. List these appeals after the disposal of the said R.F.A. No. 1312 of 2004, pending before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. Liberty is granted to the parties in the said appeal to move the High Court for expeditious disposal of the said appeal. If steps are taken for early hearing before the High Court in the above referred appeal, the same may be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
