COURT NO. $7$
on 09.12.2013 in favour of the respondent has been assailed, at this distance of time, we decline to consider the merits of the controversy in these Special Leave Petitions, leaving all contentions available to the parties open and, at the same time, direct the Trial Court to ensure that the trial is completed expeditiously, if still pending.
In case, the respondent has jumped any condition of bail, it will be open to the prosecution/complainant to move for cancellation of bail on that ground. That application be considered on its own merits.
The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
