Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the unserved respondents are proforma respondents and as such he would be moving an application for seeking deletion of their names from the array of parties. Necessary steps be taken within two weeks time.

Matters stand complete.

Appearing respondents are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

SLP(C) NO.29086/2015

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall take fresh steps for serving all the unserved respondents within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 14.9.2016."

SLP (C) No. 28766 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 has filed counter-affidavit. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 & 11 & 12 have not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-2, 4, 9, 10, 13-15, 18-24, 26-27 & 29 so far though served with notice. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed application for deletion of unserved Respondent Nos. 16-17, 25, 28, 30 & 31 nor taken fresh steps to serve them. Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 16-17, 25, 28, 30 & 31.

SLP (C) No. 28870 & 28871 of 2015

It is submitted that service is already complete in both matters vide Ld. Registrar's Order dated 12.07.2016. Counsel apperaing for Respondent No. 7 in both the matter has filed counter-affidavit. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 11 & 12 in both matters and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) No. 28870 of 2015 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) No. 29086 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 1,2, 4, 9, 14, 15, 16,18, 19, 21 & 23-31 was issued on 29.07.2016 by registered A.D. Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 14, 15, 16,18, 19, 21 & 23-31 is awaited. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 9 received with postal remarks "No such person". Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8 and 11 & 12 have not filed counter-affidavit so far. Service is already complete on Respondent Nos. 10, 13, 17, 20 & 22 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1,2, 4, 9, 14, 15, 16,18, 19, 21 & 23-31.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
