UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
The office report indicates that vakalatnama filed by learned counsel for sole petitioner is defective. Learned counsel shall within a period of two weeks cure the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama.
Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 8, and 10 to 12 have not filed any counter affidavit despite grant of last chance. Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos.2, 9 and 13
but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent Nos. 15 and 16 could not be served and returned back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for petitioners shall, within a period of two weeks, file fresh particulars of the said respondents and shall take requisite steps for the service of notice upon them.
In office report there is no reference regarding status of respondent No.14. Concerned official has to submit his/her explanation as to why the status of said respondent is not reflected in the office report.
List again on 31.3.2020.
