UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Application for deletion of name of proforma respondent nos.3 to 15 is allowed.
Accordingly, the name of proforma respondent nos.3 to 15 are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioners.
Cause title be amended accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that union representing the cause of the workers seeks to be impleaded as petitioner and he shall represent both, the existing petitioners and the to be impleaded union.
In view of the aforesaid, the application for impleadment is allowed, subject to filing of requisite court fee within four weeks.
