These are Appeals by Special Leave Petitions granted vide this Court's Order dated 5th August, 2011.

It is submitted that Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete on the Respondents and the said Respondents are represented by M/s. Gaurav Agrawal, Rakesh Kumar and Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocates.

It is further submitted that Original Records from the High court as well as from the Trial Court have been received and the same are available in the Court Room for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has filed additional documents at SLP stage and the matters were listed before the Court of Registrar on 9th September, 2014 when the following order was passed:

"The learned counsel for the appellant does not with to file any additional documents.

Despite Registrar's Court order dated 5.6.2013, additional documents have not been filed by the parties.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

The appeals are ready for hearing on SLP-cum-Appeal Paper books.
