It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 06.11.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 29.06.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 528 of 2014 (O & M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 38 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 201 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 239 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 11982 of 2016 Entitled Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Versus M/S J R Industries & Anr as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vikash Singh, Advocate has on 16.11.2016 filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
