UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R By an order dated 16 th December, 2015, SLP(C) No.34492 of 2015 filed by the Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. against the same impugned order dated 29 th June, 2015 was dismissed. Subsequently, by orders dated 26 th September, 2 2016 and 28 th November, 2016 in respect of similar special leave petitions [SLP(C)..CC No.7888 of 2016 and SLP(C)..CC No.11982 of 2016 with connected matters] arising out of the same impugned order dated 29 th June, 2015, special leave was granted. Today, in the present special leave petition, it is submitted that special leave should be granted in view of the orders dated 26 th September, 2016 and 28 th November, 2016. In view of the conflicting orders passed in respect of the same impugned judgment and order dated 29 th June, 2015 passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, all these matters should be listed together within two weeks, subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India so that a consistent order is passed.
