UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit as final chance to respondent No.3 and as first chance to respondent Nos. 11,20, 23 and 28.

On filing of requisite process fee and spare copies within two weeks notices be issued forthwith to respondent Nos. 15,24 and 26 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

Registry to issue notice to respondent Nos. 9 and 17 forthwith since complete address and process fee has been already filed on record. Remaining respondents are reported to be duly served but none appeared on their behalf.

List again on 13.11.2013.
