UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Application for substitution to bring on record legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 1 - M. Raveendran is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The amended memo of ties, if not already filed, will be filed within two weeks from $\frac{10:12:14}{10:12:14}$ today.

At this stage, respondent nos. 2 and 3 need not be served.

Looking at the nature of dispute, we feel that the parties, i.e., the petitioner and legal representatives of respondent no. 1` - M. Raveendran can try and settle the same through mediation.

Accordingly, the parties will be at liberty to appear inperson or through video conferencing before the Mediator nominated by the Coordinator of the Mediation Centre attached to the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam on 11.01.2024 at 11.00 a.m.

To enable the Mediator to establish contact with the parties, the learned counsel shall file a memo within a week mentioning the mobile numbers and the e-mail addresses of the parties.

The Mediator shall submit a report to this Court on conclusion of the proceedings, at least seven days before the next date of hearing.

Re-list before the Court in the month of March 2024.
