UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) Nos.6709-6710/2012 The duly represented respondents are granted three weeks' time, as a final chance, for filing counter affidavit on record. Item No.27 -2- As per the status given in the Tabular Chart in the Office Report it appears that some of the respondents in these matters are yet to be served and in fact respondent Nos.18 and 20 are reported to have expired. The learned counsel for the petitioner to take the necessary steps for furnishing the fresh addresses of all the unserved respondents within three weeks and on compliance notice be issued through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Similarly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to take the necessary steps for substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.18 and 20 by the next date, as per rules. SLP(C) Nos.6711-6714/2012 In these batch of matters also it appears from the statement in the Tabular Chart that out of 27 respondents, some of them have refused to

accept the notice (respondent Nos.1, 4, 5, 26 and 27) while some of them are not found at the given addresses (respondent Nos.6, 7, 15 and 18). The learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish the fresh and

complete addresses of these respondents within three weeks and on compliance notice be issued through the concerned District Court in addition to the postal service.
