UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.
Though the learned counsels for the parties have assured the Court that if they should be allowed to commence mid stream admission, the colleges would make up the deficit in the time schedule/academic calendar by taking additional classes, we are of the view that having regard to the earlier order(s) passed in similar situations and also need for academic discipline these petitions ought not to be entertained.
The writ petitions are dismissed accordingly.
We leave it open for the petitioners to avail of all such remedies as may be available to them in law for any perceived wrong or harm caused to them.
