The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.01.2012 & 23.07.2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Lucknow Bench Lucknow in Contempt Petition No. 1444 of 2004 and C.M. Application No. 93743 of 2012 in Contempt No. 1444 of 2004.

It is submitted that there is delay of 566 days in Special Leave Petition, filed against order dated 04.01.2012 and Special Leave Petition filed against order dated 23.07.2013 is within time, and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the said delay.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (CC)1026566 of 2014 and the instant matter arising out of common order and have been tagged together.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
