UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Though Vakalatnama has been filed by Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Learned counsel which as per office report is defective. Whereas it is stated by the Learned counsel that defects have already been cured. Registry to verify the same, if it is so, be taken on record.

Four weeks time is granted to the said respondents to file the counter affidavit.
