"Delay condoned. Notice Until further orders, there shall be stay of impugned orders passed by the National Green Tribunal, Central Zone, Bhopal in O.A. No. 1/2013, dated 21.4.2015 and M.A. No. 394/2015, dated 03.08.2015"

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the five common respondents on 4.11.2015 through registered A.D. post. M/s. Kaushal Yadav and Anup Jain, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 4 but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 5 so far. Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3, and 5.
