UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The application for substitution is allowed after condoning
the delay and setting aside the abatement.
2. Delay condoned.
3. Issue notice.
4. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
5. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
6. Until further order(s), status quo as of today, shall be maintained by the parties with regard to the possession of the suit property.
