UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' to file affidavit of dasti service with regard to $\mathbf{M} \mathbf{e}$ service on proposed legal representative nos.3.1 to 3.4.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that time be granted to furnish the fresh address for service on the proposed legal representative nos.3.1 to 3.4. Let the same be furnished within two weeks.

Ld. counsel, who appeared before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 29.07.2024 for respondent Nos.19 and 20, has not filed any vakalatnama or counter affidavit yet. However, service is complete on the said respondents. Today, more time is sought. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.2, 5, 7 to 12, 14 to 17, 21 to 23, 33 to 35 and 39 have filed counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.1 and 4 are granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

List again on 13.01.2025.
