Application seeking permission to delete the deceased respondent no.25 (I.A. No.108978/2024) is allowed. Accordingly, the deceased respondent no.25 is deleted from the array of parties at

the risk of the petitioner. Amended memo of parties be filed.

Issue notice on I.A. Nos.108959 and 108962 of 2024 to the proposed respondents. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Mr. Nipun Katyal learned counsel states that appearance has already been made on behalf of the respondent nos.19 and 20. Four weeks' time is granted to file the counter affidavit as prayed for.
