UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Opportunity to file counter affidavit to respondent nos.1 and has already been declined.

Respondent nos.2, 5, 7 to 12, 14 to 17, 21 to 23, 33 to 35 and 39 have already filed counter affidavit.

No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.19 and 20, despite grant of last opportunity. Hence, further opportunity is hereby declined.

Ld. Counsel has not filed application seeking deletion of respondent nos.19 and 20, as was submitted on the last date of hearing. Today more time, is sought. Last opportunity of two weeks is granted to do the same.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file affidavit of dasti service with regard to Proposed Lr. nos. 3.1 to 3.4, despite the grant of last opportunity.

Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for remaining respondents.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
