It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.09.2015 of the High Court of Meghalya at Shilong in PIL No. 1 of 2014 alongwith separate applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order(registered as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 17140/2015 arising out of similar issue challenging interim order dated 10.06.2015 in the same case was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of order dated 09.07.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 28386/2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to file copies of order dated 11.08.2014 and 28.11.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 30.09.2015 and the same has been placed at page No. 199 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 28470/2015 counsel for the petitioner was required to file copies of order dated 11.08.2014, 27.10.2014 and 04.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter and the same has been placed at page No. 198 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of same judgment.

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) 28480 and 28386/2015 upon being mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 01.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"List the matters on 5th October, 2015 before an appropriate Bench."

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
