It is submitted that Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwar, ADvocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of State of Maharastra/Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5 so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos.67 so far. Service of notice in the matter is incomplete.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
